Seasonal Bar Manager – Premier Bar at a Top UK Tourist Attraction

We’re on the lookout for a confident, capable and energetic Bar Manager to lead the team in our flagship bar — a vibrant and stylish venue located at one of Britain’s busiest and most iconic tourist attractions.

This seasonal role runs from now until the end of October, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage a fast-paced, high-quality bar with a focus on exceptional drinks and a standout food menu (think more than just “bar snacks” – we’re talking about fresh, flavour-packed dishes served with flair).

You’ll be leading a team of up to 20 staff at peak season, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a first-class experience for thousands of guests from all over the world.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in managing a bar with a food offering – ideally from a  gastropub, or similar quality-driven venue.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to get the best out of their team.
  • A passion for hospitality, with a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, consistency and team morale.
  • Strong stock control, rota management, and operational know-how.
