Restaurant Manager – Iconic High-Volume Venue

Are you a dynamic, driven, and experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next big opportunity? We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the team at our high-quality, high-volume restaurant – serving over 400 covers daily – set in a truly unique location at one of Britain’s busiest and most iconic tourist attractions.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the entire operation, including the restaurant, kitchen, bar, and an outdoor cocktail bar. In addition to managing day-to-day service, you will also oversee a variety of functions and events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

You will lead a core team of approximately 15 permanent staff, growing to a team of around 40 during peak season. Your ability to inspire, motivate and maintain the highest standards of service excellence will be key to your success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management role within a high-volume environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective leadership.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
